Olympus has been manufacturing a wide range of intuitive camera systems for over a century. And while the company announced earlier this year that it was selling its vaunted camera division, it looks like there's still some wind left in those sails! The brand revealed its latest project - the OM-D E-M10 Mark IV with the micro 4/3 system.
As you might have expected – Mark IV is the fourth iteration of Olympus' acclaimed E-M10. Although the device is - and always has been - aimed at beginners, it boasts quite a number of excellent functionalities.
In addition to the light and portable appearance, the camera is also distinguished five-point image stabilization in the hull, video capture 4K/30p, 2.36 MP OLED electronic viewfinder and updated 20MP Live MOS sensor for sharp, dynamic photos. In combination with the processor TruePic VIII offers photographers improved automatic face and eye tracking, as well as 15 frames per second continuous shooting.
And the best part? The whole package weighs less than 500 grams, which makes the fourth-generation E-M10 attractive to anyone who enjoys shooting from action to action very quickly.
