Opel Crossland X: because small SUVs are just cool

Opel Crossland X

A sharp and compact exterior, a spacious interior, a fashionable two-tone paintwork and an attractive appearance of a sports utility vehicle are the main assets of the Opel Crossland X. This urban 'crossover', which was presented for the first time at the beginning of February, will be part of the company Mokki X. The third family member, larger Grandland X, will provide excitement in the compact segment in the second part of this year.

Compared to the Mokka X, which is available with all-wheel drive for the occasional off-road excursion, the Opel Crossland X intended for use in urban environments. With length 4,21 meters 16 centimeters shorter than the Astra, but at the same time it is for 10 centimeters higher. Passengers can therefore enjoy an elevated seating position with a better view, and a panoramic glass roof can be selected for an additional feeling of spaciousness.

At the front end, there is a noticeable grille with a shiny Opel flash. For SUVs distinctive trims and silver inserts at the front and along the entire lower part of the vehicle express functionality and sporty elegance. Side lines with an apparent 'floating roof', which visually separates the lower and upper parts of the vehicle, optically lengthen Crossland X. The rear part with visible undercarriage protection testifies to its sports and off-road origins. The dashboard and center stack have clean lines and are horizontally aligned with the driver. The cockpit as the driver's control center emphasizes the feeling of active driving, as the philosophy of Opel was responsible for designing the vehicle from inside out.
