Opel GT X Experimental

The Opel GT X Experimental is the successor to the experimental Opel Monza and Opel GT. It is a fully electric compact SUV that hides the appeal of a coupe. It is the first model that indicates how the Opel brand will develop in the future.

Opel's study Opel GT X Experimental is based on a light platform that measures only in length 4,063 millimeters. He takes care of the drive electric motor, which gets its energy from a capacity lithium-ion battery 50 kilowatt hours. The study also allows charging the battery with assistance induction. Opel is not researching autonomous driving in the GT X Experimental to perfection, but still most of the decisions leaves it up to the driver.

Not only technology, Opel also presented with a concept study new design guidelines brands. So we can imagine what kind front and back will have Opels in the future. It will represent the focal point on the front part Opel logo, and on the back we will have lights that are actually mirrored form headlights.

The interior follows the trend of concept cars, as it is extraordinary minimalistic. It represents the dashboard large infotainment screen, and next to it we have two smaller screens that perform the function side mirrors. The passenger cabin is spacious, and the feeling of freedom increases even more large windshield, which continues into the roof, and the side window line, which is they don't interrupt pillars.
