The founders of Open Kitchen, Alma and Lior Kochavy, emphasized that hygiene and safety standards in catering, especially outdoors, are extremely high and demanding even without measures against the new coronavirus, and all food and beverage providers at Open Kitchen will also adhere to all anti-coronavirus measures. Otherwise, the most obvious changes will be greater distance between stalls and between tables, the latter will also be regularly disinfected.
