This is how they want to introduce individual delicatessen specialties to us, which they will skilfully complement with delicacies from Slovenia, Italy, France... Fonda fish farming delivers them fresh sea bass twice a week, which we can try prepared in a thousand and one ways. They organize numerous culinary and oenological evenings, themed culinary trainings and workshops, tastings of top wines and more. With them, you can learn to bake delicious pizzas both at the professional level or as amateurs under the mentorship of maestro professors of the Italian Pizza Faculty from Perugia. We can also learn how to make unforgettable ice creams in collaboration with the educational institution Scoula Italiana di Gelateria. They offer both domestic wines from selected wineries as well as recognized foreign wines.
