Oto Pestner, a legend of Slovenian music, will perform in Maribor. He will present himself to the audience of the Styrian capital with his new vocal group Pro Anima Singers. They will be accompanied by an excellent instrumental band, with which Oto Pestner regularly performs. The beginnings of his musical career date back to the beginning of the 1970s, when at the age of fifteen he won the Slovenian Song Contest with the song Trideset let. Until the end of the seventies, he regularly participated and received awards at both Slovenian and Yugoslav festivals. The hit songs Mati bodiva privelata, Tvoje solze, Vrača se polad, Sepet summer trav, ... He was a member of the New Swing Quartet for many years. He also collaborated with the Alpine Quintet and many other groups and individuals. On his musical journey, he explored various musical genres: everything from R&B, soul, gospel, swing, jazz, to pop and folk music. At the concert in Maribor, we will be able to listen to songs from the new album, which Oto and the vocal group Pro Anima Singers released in the first days of December. It contains the most beautiful Christmas carols from around the world and of course Christmas gospel in brand new arrangements
