Burja, which has shown its power again these days, is bringing the best that is hidden in the coastal wine cellars to the Hit Hotel Park on February 10. Park's restaurant Tiffany will host the third wine festival, which brings together the best winemakers from the seaside under one roof - the real Park Wine Stars, who will introduce themselves to the guests with a selection of top wines.
V Tiffany restaurant of the Park Hotel in Nova Gorica it will be fine 29 winemakers and wine houses represent four coastal wine-growing regions (Brda, Karst, Vipava Valley and Slovensko Istria) and offer guests a selection of their wine products to taste. Each winemaker will present three wines each. Tastings of typical varieties for individual wine districts, for example, will be interesting Briske ribs, vipava celery and pine needles, Istrian Malvasia and karst terrane, but also excellent sparkling wines, other specialties and recognizable white and red types.

At the same time, it will also create a real parallel with the wine story five top chefs, which will enable guests to experience what is considered the pinnacle of gastronomy in the world of sommeliers - the real wine and food pairing, which offers the guest a new, completely third dimension of taste and sensations during consumption. It will be for this occasion Marino Furlan opened the door of his kitchen, the Tiffany restaurant, and invited his colleagues and friends, the excellent Hit chefs: Matjaž Shinigoj, Dalibor Janačković, Erika Gomezel and Alena Perneka.
The finishing touch to the event will be a musical treat - musicians Musique Boutique and dancers Les Sorcieres Sucress.
