Pebble Time Round: The smartwatch phenomenon with its first round watch

Pebble Time Round

Pebble, which nearly took down Kickstarter half a year ago after setting a new record for the crowdfunding portal by raising $1 million in just 30 minutes, is now presenting its first round watch. Although he seems to have no problem convincing customers, now he is also targeting skeptics (read nostalgics) who swear by classic wristwatches with all his guns. If you squint at the offer, it doesn't take long to realize that there is a circular trend. Nevertheless, the first smartwatches were square. But even such popular smart watches as Pebble had to resort to "grandmother's" advice.

Pebble Time Round is a new chapter in the super successful story of smartwatches Pebble. These now no longer resemble a piece of technology, but fashion piece. They measure the thickness of stainless steel watches 7.5 millimeters (diameter 38.5 mm), and are available in black, silver and rose gold. Like its predecessors, it adorns them e-paper (ensures the contrast of the paper), which consumes very little energy, unlike touch screens, which are much more wasteful and that most smart watches have.

It is compatible with iOS and Android devices and se in 15 minutes "rent" for the whole day. It provides a quarter of an hour of charging 24 hours of autonomy, all the while following yours activities and sleep. And because it ensures energy independence up to two days, you'll actually be able to take it to bed with you.

Like the rest of the smartwatches, the Pebble Time Round can also be controlled by voice, unlike other Pebblics that are waterproof, but these are resistant "only" against accidental liquid spills.
