Swedish photographer and retouching master Erik Johansson does not capture moments in his photographic lens, but ideas. His work is incredible photographic manipulations, viewing which we lose the sense of what is real and what is not, and everything that seems impossible to us suddenly becomes possible.
Swedish photographer Erik Johansson he is a perfectionist and this is also visible in his photos. Even if a single photo is actually made up of hundreds of individual photos that require hours and hours of technically demanding work computer processing, he doesn't stop working until the final photo looks like it was just taken for real with the press of a button and a "snap". And it seems that he is succeeding: while looking at the photos, quite a few times we find how, at first glance, everything seems completely mundane. Only then comes the one "Wait what?!?" moment, which shakes us so that we are left speechless by the photo.
