If you've ever dreamed of having a 1984 Macintosh in the palm of your hand, now's the time to make your dream come true. The Pico-Mac-Nano is a functional replica of the legendary Macintosh, just 62 millimeters tall, that works like a real computer. This is the Pico-Mac-Nano.

The Pico-Mac-Nano project is the brainchild of British hobbyist Nick Gillard, who wanted to create the smallest Macintosh possible that still works. He used the Raspberry Pi Pico Zero, a microcontroller with more than enough power to emulate the original 128K Macintosh. For the display, he chose a 2-inch TFT LCD with a resolution of 480×640 pixels, which displays the classic Mac OS at a resolution of 480×342 pixels.

The case is an exact 3D-printed replica of the original Macintosh, including details like air vents and even imitation T15 screws. Gillard even created a “Collectors Edition” version that comes in a scaled-down “Picasso”-style box, the same one the original Macintosh shipped in in 1984.
