December is the time of mulled wine. Summer is long over, but Pink Pepper is a gin that evokes the thought of summer days even in the winter months. Pink Pepper is a gin famous for its aesthetic packaging, which makes it a great gift idea at Christmas time. It is produced in limited series, so it sells out quickly in online stores. It is not yet available over the counter in Slovenia. It is currently sold in England and France and in the online store of the London department store Selfridges.
The boutique distillery Audemus Spirits, which comes from the French city of Cognac, is known for its classic drinks, in which it combines unusual ingredients. Pink pepper, which despite its name does not belong to the pepper family, provides Audemus gin with a unique taste. Due to its rich – sweet and spicy taste – it is best suited as an ingredient for a Negroni or a classic gin and tonic. The French distillery also offers Umami vodka, which is said to be the first and only caper-based alcohol in the world.
The Minister of Health warns: "Excessive consumption of alcohol is harmful to health".
