Recipe: gluten-free New Year's chocolate cookies

To prepare gluten-free New Year's chocolate cookies, we do not need special ingredients, such as gluten-free flour, as all the necessary ingredients can be found in a fully stocked pantry.

Crispy chocolate cookies, which do not contain flour and dairy products will satisfy all passionate chocoholics. Everyone who has to avoid gluten will be especially happy with them.

Ingridients:

  • 200 g ground hazelnuts
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • 250 g of raisins
  • 200 g of dark chocolate
  • 1 bag of powdered vanilla sugar
  • 3 spoons of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • juice of half an orange

Process:

Clean the raisins and soak them in the juice of half an orange for about 10 minutes. Grind the dark chocolate and add it to the bowl with the raisins. We also add ground hazelnuts, almonds, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and 4 eggs. Mix everything well to get a smooth dough. Cover the baking tray with baking paper and heat the oven to 180 degrees. Using a spoon, place piles of the mass of the same size on the baking sheet. Bake the cookies for about 10 minutes.
