Pizzeria Peruzza: family-run, innovative and imbued with new flavors

The Struna family for 11 years she traveled with her motorhome all over Europe, with children aged 4 to 15. Traveling for a family of four can be financially demanding, so in addition to being well organized, they also made sure that they ate well and at a good price. So the decision was always pizza. These were different, in a thousand and one ways. Hundreds of them have been tried, also in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Turkey. According to them, the best pizzas are in the south of Italy. The Struna family swears by pizzas with vegetables and pesto, fish and white pizzas with bacon and truffles.

After many years of travel and research, they decided to open their own pizzeria. This is how it was created, family-friendly, innovative and imbued with new flavors Pizzeria Peruzza. The interesting thing is that their the dough rests for 96 hours and contains only 8 g of yeast. The main picopek is Ales Rekar, who, among other things, is also the president of the Slovenian Picopek Association.
