Polestar O₂ represents a sports car with a hard top that has the proportions of a classic convertible. It is full of modern and advanced systems, powered by the latest electrical technology. O₂ is an overview of the Polestar brand's success so far and an indication of what the brand is capable of. The O₂ concept is intended for drivers who would like to feel a lively and light feeling behind the wheel. Minimal lean, direct steering and agile electric drive are part of the O₂ DNA.
The Polestar O₂ is not only fun, but also environmentally friendly. All soft surfaces inside the car are made of recycled polyester, including foam, adhesives and 3D printed fibers. The chassis of the concept is mostly made of aluminum, of different quality, which is also recycled. Unfortunately, we do not know what kind of battery and electric motor the concept has, but we can mention an interesting "addition" of the O₂ concept. A case of an autonomous recording drone, which films the driver and the car during and during the summer. An excellent idea that would be interesting to try in practice as well.
