The Polestar is currently available in two body styles, with a simple name, Polestar 1 and Polestar 2. They showed a bit more imagination with the concept and named it Polestar Precept.
Polestar Precept Concept it is a car that suggests what it will be like design language of the company Polestar v the future. The concept focuses on three the main virtues of Polestar: progressiveness, capacity and purity. The emphasis of the concept can be seen on the front part, which they named SmartZone. It is actually about translucent the surface, behind which they are hiding two radar sensors and camera with high resolution. The surface is rounded off by LED headlights, which are evolution so called Thor's hammer. The minimalist look is the result of achieving what is possible the least air resistance and what the best aerodynamics. Because of this, the concept has installed cameras, which replace side mirrors.
The interior remains simple, in the style of the rest of the Polestars. Brand new digital human-car communication interface (HMI) was developed in collaboration with Google and is based on the operating system Android. It is available 15-inch upright screen on the center console and 12.5-inch screen for the driver. The new system provides advanced functions, among which we also find "gaze tracking”. The system will thus warn the driver if he spends too much time looking at the central console and not paying attention to the road conditions. The interior is, among other things, also ecological and reduces the use of plastic by as much 80 percent. The Polestar Precept Concept will be on display at motor show in Geneva.
