The emphasis is on healthy food prepared from fresh ingredients, and the dishes mostly have a Dalmatian and Mediterranean touch, which is self-evident, since Milenko comes from Zadar. At our home, Milenko, with the help of her family, prepares all kinds of fish and other seafood for us on the grill, under the oven, even in the oven, and all the food is delicious and has that touch of the Adriatic that only true masters of Dalmatian cuisine can conjure up.
