Just over two years ago, it was only a concept, which is now slowly waking up to reality. Porsche engineers have rolled up their sleeves and are already very close to serial production of a car that will closely resemble the concept. The year 2019 will be very interesting, as the Porsche Mission E is expected to arrive.

Porsche's pricing policy is that it will futuristic-electric Mission E available for a similar sum as available Porsche Panamera. This should also mean that it will be priced right in the middle Tesla Model S 75D and With 100D. It is difficult to predict this, since probably Tesla by the year 2019 she just won't sit idly by. The Porsche Misson E will be available in several versions, and the badges will be characteristically Porsche. So we will be able to admire Porsche Misson E cars with tags such as S and GTS. In concept form, the Porsche Mission E has four-wheel drive and what 590 horsepower, which can according to  driving cycle NEDC transportation up to 500 kilometers. There is enough power to accelerate the Concept Mission E from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds and complete a lap on the track Nürburgring in less than eight minutes. Due to the production of the Porsche Misson E and possible other electric cars, Porsche will invest 700 million euros in the construction of a new factory and paint shops, intended for only electric cars. As a result of the new investment, the work should get around 1700 people.
