In collaboration with the late fashion designer Virgil Abloh, Mercedes-Benz has created a completely unique and unusual SUV that is powered by solar energy and has a transparent hood.
A unique SUV Project Maybach was unveiled at Miami Art Week, and its design is being described as something never seen before from Mercedes-Benz. The deceased participated in the Maybach project Virgil Abloh and head of design at Mercedes-Benz Gordon Wagner, and every part of the car was made entirely from scratch. Almost 6 meters he has a long car translucent the hood under which they are located sunny cells, which generate electricity and thus charge the battery.
The coupe-shaped electric SUV has enough space for two passengers and convinces with its contrasting beige and black color. The ax inserted into the door frame and the carry bag, which is actually an integral part of the dashboard, are interesting in terms of design. The seats can be placed in a completely horizontal position, which would theoretically make spending the night in the field that much more pleasant. The Maybach project combines large proportions of the so-called Gran Tourism of cars, large field tires and typical off-road accessories, which also emphasize the off-road orientation of the Mercedes special.
