At the City Chef Culinary Academy in May, we prepared seafood dishes with the participants, as fish meat is rich in amino acids and also vitamins A and D, which are important for normal development.
Official water City Chef of the cooking academy was Jamnica, who took care of our hydration and freshness in our mouths while tasting various dishes.
The main dishes are served in the renovated salon Bosch Siemens in Ljubljana prepared by the head chef of the Kaval Inn and pizzeria, Dragan Marjanović, and the sweet secrets were provided by a confectioner from Lolita, Greg Roda. An indispensable partner of good food is definitely a glass of good wine.
