Residents of Ljubljana and lovers of 'real Italian pasta' are invited to their kitchen Maxx and Erika, two Italians who fell in love with Slovenia years ago, moved from Milan to Ljubljana, and finally fulfilled their long-standing wish - they opened a restaurant that smells of home Italian cuisine, and guests are greeted by a lively and friendly atmosphere.
In the restaurant RAWPASTA – Pasta Fresca Bar in front of the eyes of their guests, they first make the pasta, then cook it and finally mix it with real Italian saucesi, which belong next to it. On the menu, they have different types of pasta in many shapes - from long pasta such as spaghetti, wide noodles and linguini and short ones, where they belong, for example macaroons, pens and bow ties, to ravioli and au gratin pasta and gnocchi and lasagna. In addition to pasta, they are also on the menu every day daily soup and salad and for dessert Italian tiramisu. It's a real specialty self-service tap, where guests, if they have not already decided on wine or beer, which go perfectly with the 'pasta lunch', can pour themselves a free glass of water.
Fresh pasta of various shapes can be taken away also home, where you can serve them with your own sauce or with the one you buy at RAWPASTI. Along with it, you can always get advice, such as how to cook fresh pasta 'al dente' and a warning that true Italians never eat pasta with a spoon. This is also only available in RAWPAST as an emergency exit.
