Hot chocolate
Ingredients
- 30 grams of dark chocolate
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- cinnamon
- vanilla
- pieces of chocolate
- whipped cream
Directions
- Heat the milk and cream over low heat. Add the vanilla.
- While the milk is heating, put the chocolate chips in another bowl. It should have a higher percentage of cocoa and don't forget - for full enjoyment you need slightly higher quality chocolate.
- After you have melted the chocolate, pour the milk over it and stir the mixture at a low temperature.
