- 3 eggs
- 520 g of flour
- 80 g of sugar
- 140 g of brown sugar
- 3 bags of vanilla sugar
- 3 teaspoons of baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 270 g of edible chocolate/chocolate drops
The process of making chocolate cookies:
In a bowl, mix the softened butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and sugar until foamy. Add baking powder and salt to the flour separately. Then shake the dry mass into the bowl with the foam mass and mix thoroughly. Add chopped chocolate or chocolate drops and mix again.
