Only these are full of iron and vitamin C. Use fresh or frozen. The pleasure will be complete in any case.
Blueberry muffins
Ingredients
- 100 grams of margarine
- 150 grams of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 300 ml of Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 200 grams of flour
- 200 grams of blueberries
- sugar as desired
Directions
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Melt the margarine and add sugar if desired.
- Add eggs one by one, mix. Add the yogurt and then slowly add the flour by spoonfuls to mix well with the rest of the mixture.
- At the end, add baking powder and salt.
- Add blueberries to the mass.
- Then pour the mixture into the molds and bake until golden brown for the next 20 minutes.
