Many of us just love simple and quick desserts and this is one of them. Its taste will enchant everyone who likes cheesecake and similar desserts. These are sweet cheesecake balls, which will be a great decoration on the table during the coming holidays!
Recipe: cheesecake balls
Ingridients
- 225 g of cream cheese
- 50 g of granulated sugar
- 100 g ground biscuits (e.g. Albert biscuits)
Preparation
Mix the cream cheese with the sugar until you get an even and smooth mixture. Add half the amount of biscuits, i.e. 50 grams, and mix. Measure out equal amounts of the mixture with the help of a spoon and form balls from it, which you place on baking paper placed over the tray. Roll in the crushed biscuits, shape into a ball again, then roll again in the biscuits. Leave in the fridge for about half an hour to harden. If you prefer a sweeter taste, first put the cheesecake balls in the freezer for half an hour, then cover them with melted dark or white chocolate, roll them in coconut, crumbs, etc. So sweet good run!
