For a stunning chocolate mousse, you don't need cream, butter, or other ingredients, but just chocolate and…
Ingredients for two-ingredient chocolate mousse:
- chocolate with cocoa butter (if you want layered, use different types)
- water
Preparation of chocolate mousse from two ingredients:
Pour different types of chocolate into bowls (make sure they don't have vegetable fat or they won't taste as good) and add a little hot water to each. Then place the bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds to melt the chocolate. Mix well and place in the microwave for another half minute. The mass will become reasonably smooth. Pour it into a grocery bag, seal it tightly, then spread the mixture evenly. Place in the freezer for an hour or so.
Then pour the chocolate into a bowl and mix until the mixture is completely smooth. Then add cold water a little at a time until you get a creamy texture. Use a piping bag to squeeze the mixture into a glass. Shake the jar a bit to redistribute the chocolate and place it in the fridge while you repeat the process for the other types of chocolate. When you are done layering, place the dessert in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. After this time, it is ready to serve.
