Recipe for zucchini noodles (for 2 people):

Ingredients for Zucchini Noodles:
500 g zucchini
2 red peppers
Ingredients for the dressing:
90 g cashews
half a lemon
a handful of fresh basil
2 teaspoons of turmeric
1 teaspoon of curry
1 teaspoon ground cumin
salt

Procedure for preparing zucchini noodles:
First, peel the courgettes and cut them into thin noodles (you can do this by hand, with a cutter/scraper or a blender attachment). Then cut the pepper into small pieces, which will be used for decoration and to add flavor. Mix the nuts, juice of half a lemon, the listed spices (just chop the basil by hand) and a deciliter of water in a blender. Stir the basil into the dressing. Finally, just mix the zucchini noodles and paprika and pour the sauce over it. Have a good run!
