A delicious dessert that is not fattening, it is refreshing and easy to prepare!
Cheesecake in a jar
Ingredients
- 300 g of Greek yogurt
- 6 spoons of a mixture of ground walnuts, hazelnuts and almonds
- 60 g of fresh low-fat cheese (mascarpone)
- juice of half a lemon
- a glass of raspberries (or other berries)
- 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
- honey
Directions
- Put the fruit in a pan or pot, wait for the juice to release, then add the chia seeds. Let it boil a little, add lemon juice and let it cool.
- Mix cheese and Greek yogurt and sweeten with honey.
- Put 3 spoons of ground nuts on the bottom of the glass, add a few spoons of the cheese filling and finally pour the chilled fruit filling.
- Place everything in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
