A delicious dessert that is not fattening, it is refreshing and easy to prepare!

Cheesecake in a jar

Ingredients

  • 300 g of Greek yogurt
  • 6 spoons of a mixture of ground walnuts, hazelnuts and almonds
  • 60 g of fresh low-fat cheese (mascarpone)
  • juice of half a lemon
  • a glass of raspberries (or other berries)
  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • honey

Directions

  1. Put the fruit in a pan or pot, wait for the juice to release, then add the chia seeds. Let it boil a little, add lemon juice and let it cool.
  2. Mix cheese and Greek yogurt and sweeten with honey.
  3. Put 3 spoons of ground nuts on the bottom of the glass, add a few spoons of the cheese filling and finally pour the chilled fruit filling.
  4. Place everything in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
