Chocolate cake with rum, hazelnuts and whipped cream

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 150 g of sugar
  • vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of rum
  • 50 g of flour
  • baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons of oatmeal
  • 200 g ground hazelnuts
  • Ingredients for the filling:
  • 2 tablespoons of rum
  • 150 g of grated chocolate
  • 900 g of sweet cream
  • vanilla sugar

Directions

  1. For the dough, mix eggs and boiling water. Mix the sugar and vanilla sugar and pour into the egg mixture. Add rum.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, hazelnuts and oatmeal. Pour into the egg mixture, mix briefly. Place the dough in a greased mold. We are baking.
  3. Cut the cooled biscuit horizontally. Place the lower part on the cake plate and close it with a mold.
  4. For the filling, crumble the rest of the biscuit and mix it with rum and grated chocolate. Beat 600-800 ml of sweet cream. Mix with breadcrumbs and spread on the biscuit.
  5. Beat the remaining cream and vanilla sugar and spread. Sprinkle with chocolate.
