Chocolate cheesecake
Ingredients
- Dough:
- 100 g of melted butter
- 200 g of biscuits Filling:
- 1 kg of fresh cheese
- 150 ml of sweet cream
- 200 g of milk chocolate
- half a cup of powdered sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 chocolate pudding
Directions
- Heat the sweet cream in a saucepan and add the chocolate. Stir until the chocolate melts and you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Crush the cookies, then mix them with the melted butter.
- Line the baking sheet with baking paper, then spread this mixture on the baking sheet.
- Mix cheese, eggs and powdered sugar, then add chocolate and sweet cream to the cooled mixture. Mix everything well.
- At the end, add the pudding and stir until the ingredients are combined.
- Pour the filling over the cookie dough, then place in an oven heated to 150 degrees.
- Bake for an hour and a half. After that, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar or add chocolate glaze.
