Ingridients
- 4 cups ground coconut
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- pinch of salt
- 1 and 1/2 cups of chocolate
- 1/3 cup coconut cream
Preparation
Place ground coconut, half a cup of coconut cream, maple syrup and a pinch of salt in a blender. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Transfer the resulting mass to a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Mix the chocolate with the coconut cream and place in the microwave to melt the chocolate (or melt it over steam). Mix the chocolate mixture and spread it over the coconut "dough" that you previously placed in the freezer. Sprinkle with powdered coconut. Leave the pastry in the freezer for 1 hour, then cut it into cubes and serve. So sweet good run!
