Ingredients for Kit Kat Chocolate Cake:
- 1 kg of Kit Kat chocolate bars
- 60 g of butter
- 400 g of dark chocolate
- 330 ml of whipping cream
- 400 grams of cream cheese
- dark chocolate
- white chocolate
Preparation of Chocolate Kit Kat Cake:
Place 350 grams of Kit Kat chocolate bars in an airtight sealed bag (the easiest one is a freezer bag), close it tightly and crush the chocolate bars with a rolling pin. Shake the crumbs in a bowl and add 60 grams of melted butter and mix well. Grease the bottom of a 20 cm diameter baking pan with butter. Cover the bottom with a mixture of breadcrumbs and butter and, with the help of a spoon, spread the mixture over the entire pan. Arrange the remaining Kit Kat bars vertically around the edge of the pan to create the edge of the cake.
For the cream over the dill, melt 400 grams of dark chocolate. Whip the whipping cream and add the cream cheese to get a cream. Gently stir in the melted chocolate.
Then spread the cream over the cake and place the cake in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Use a knife to create chocolate shavings, some white, some dark. Take the cake out of the fridge and decorate it with shavings. Have a good run!
