Add the coconut fat, and slowly melt both while stirring carefully. Set aside and dip the first balloon into the glaze. Then put it in a bowl with crumbs. Be careful not to pull the balloon, but press it on the crumbs. Place the covered balloon on baking paper and continue with the next balloon.
