Recipe: Delicious and healthy toast with Greek yogurt that took Tik Tok by storm

That is Greek yogurt toast, which many describe as a healthy version french toast. This delicacy is very easy to prepare simple, you don't need it many ingredients, but you can afford it for breakfast like a snack.

Toast with Greek yogurt

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 50 g of Greek yogurt
  • 1 large or 2 small eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup
  • fruit of your choice (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon as desired
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract as desired

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, eggs, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Mix the mixture well with a whisk.
  2. Place the slices of bread on the baking paper and press in the center of the bread with a spoon. This will make the surface for the mixture more solid.
  3. Spread the mixture on the bread and add the fruit you cut earlier.
  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 8-10 minutes or until the edges of the bread turn golden. Bon Appetit!
