Most of the trends of the past year have their origin on the social network Tik Tok, and nutritional guidelines are no exception. Recipes that especially stood out among the popular dishes are those that include oats. They are suitable for light but energetic breakfasts. We have prepared 4 of the most popular oatmeal recipes for you.

Baked oats became a real hit overnight last year, which was mainly influenced by the social network Tik Tok. There were many confectioners, chefs, and especially those who wanted to try something new, sharing recipe shots, which included this plant.

Experts believe that the reason for the popularity oatmeal lies in the fact that during the pandemic people became more aware of healthy diet, and they also started preparing more dishes at home. The creativity and innovation of new recipes was also influenced by abundance time, which most of them did not have before due to their fast lifestyle.

Why are oats so healthy? This cereal contains a lot fiber, which help with digest, and have a positive effect mainly on intestines. The most important and also necessary for health fiber contained in oats is beta-glucan: 1 bag of oatmeal contains 1 g of this fiber, which is a third of the recommended daily intake.
