  • 320 g of spaghetti
  • 4 squids
  • 1.5 dl of white wine
  • 450 g of tomato puree
  • clove of garlic
  • parsley and salt to taste


  1. For this recipe, clean, wash and slice the squid.
  2. Fry a clove of garlic briefly in a pan until brown, add the squid and continue frying.
  3. Remove the garlic and add the white wine and cook until the alcohol has evaporated.
  4. At the end, add the tomato puree, add salt and let it cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Cook the spaghetti and transfer it to the pan with tongs so that part of the water in which it was cooked flows into the sauce.
  6. Mix gently and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
