Recipe: delicious no-bake cookie cheesecake

Ingredients for no-bake cookie cheesecake:

  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 5 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 900 grams of cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1 tablespoon of gelatin

Ingredients for no-bake cookie cheesecake:

Cut the Oreo cookies in half and separate the cream from the cookies. Put both in a separate bowl. Put the cookies in a plastic bag and crush them into crumbs with a rolling pin. Save half of the crumbs for later and pour half into a bowl and mix with the melted butter to get the texture of slightly wet sand. Then pour the crumbs into a round cake pan (with a diameter of about 22 centimeters) and press them well against the pan. In a medium bowl on low heat, combine cream cheese, sugar, cookie cream and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. In a measuring cup, combine warm milk with gelatin and stir until melted. Pour the milk and gelatin into the cheese mixture and stir constantly. When the cream begins to boil slightly, remove it from the heat. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base in the pan. Flatten it with a spatula or spoon. Now sprinkle the cookie crumbs that you set aside on top of the cookie cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. When the dessert has cooled enough, remove the pan, slice and serve. Have a good run!
