  • 3 eggs
  • 1 package of vanilla pudding
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa
  • fruit to taste
  • sweetener to taste

Preparation of fitness cheesecake without flour and sugar:

Place the cream cheese mixed with the cottage cheese in a large bowl and add the eggs, yogurt and vanilla pudding. Mix well to get a smooth mixture. Divide the mass in a ratio of 1:3 and mix cocoa into one third of the mass. Place baking paper in the bottom of the cake pan and first pour some light batter into it, pour an equal amount of dark batter into the center of the light batter. Repeat the same with the light dough - i.e. pour the light dough into the center of the dark dough again. Repeat until you run out of mass. Decorate with fruit and bake for the first 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius and for the next 30 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius.
