Pumpkins they are great both as a decoration (remember, Halloween is just around the corner) and as a corner food. They are especially welcome with desserts, where they take care of inimitable taste. This time we have prepared a recipe for you Halloween dessert: divine no-bake pumpkin cheesecake.
Ingredients for no-bake pumpkin cheesecake:
- 2 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- half a cup of melted butter
- 225 grams of cream cheese
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 and a half cups of pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- whipped cream for decoration
Preparation of pumpkin cheesecake without baking:
Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter well in a bowl. Transfer the resulting mass to a baking pan (diameter 23 cm) and create an even base that rises 2 centimeters on the sides. Combine cream cheese and whipping cream in a large bowl and mix until smooth (3 to 4 minutes). Add sugar, pumpkin puree, cinnamon and vanilla and beat until smooth and fluffy. Pour the cream over the base, cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours. Garnish with whipped cream, cut and serve. Have a good run!
