Ingredients and process

  • Let's make eggshells from dark chocolate
  • Dip the shells in chocolate and sprinkle them with chocolate wafers
  • Prepare dark liquid caramel (dissolve sugar in a little water and caramelize, add butter and cream)
  • Let's prepare the hazelnut chocolate cream (hazelnut paste 100%, dark chocolate, cocoa, sugar)
  • Fill each egg half with caramel and half with hazelnut cream
  • Close with milk chocolate
  • Place in a bowl for soft-boiled eggs and serve
