In particular, the salad will shine seasoned with a dressing of juicy olives, salty sardine fillets and spicy Dijon mustard, which will take our taste buds to heaven.

Let's choose between four healthy and tasty salads and try the salad dressing recipe, which conjures up a real culinary treat from an even boring salad.

Ingridients:

• 1 dl of olive oil
• 4 tablespoons of wine vinegar
• 10 finely chopped olives
• 10 capers, finely chopped
• 2 sardine fillets
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• pinch of salt
• a pinch of pepper
• finely chopped clove of fresh garlic

Preparation:

Drain the sardine fillet and, like the olives, capers and garlic, chop well. Shake all the ingredients and pour into a jar for pickling, close and shake well. Pour the resulting cocktail over the salad and enjoy. The dip is excellent in combination with all types of leafy salad, but also goes well with lentils, beans and salads made from cooked grains.
