Strawberry pancake cake it is simple to prepare, and of course the taste is divine. If you don't yet know how you could spend really ripe bananas, then you'll kill two birds with one stone with this dessert: not only will you use up those bananas, you'll also have a cake. Now quickly tie your apron and prepare today's dessert.
Ingredients for Strawberry Pancake Cake:
- 4 large eggs
- 840 ml of milk
- 80 ml of oil
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
- 3 very ripe bananas
- 100 g of sugar
- half a teaspoon of salt
- 250 grams of flour
- half a teaspoon of butter
- 10 strawberries
- 300 ml of cream
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
Preparation of strawberry pancake cake:
Mix the eggs, milk, oil, vanilla, bananas, salt and flour in a food processor or blender. Mix until you get a smooth dough.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and spread it all over the bottom of the pan. Bake pancakes.
Blend the strawberries in a food processor or blender until smooth. Pour the puree through a sieve to remove the seeds and any lumps. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. In a large bowl, beat the cream with powdered sugar. Add half of the strawberry puree and mix. Add the rest of the puree and mix it gently with a food processor.
Spread some of the strawberry cream on a plate and place the first pancake on it and cover it with the cream. Do the same with the rest of the pancakes, finish the assembly with the cream. Place some strawberry slices on top of the cake to decorate. Have a good run!
