Chocolate mousse is a great dessert, isn't it? This time we present you a vegan version of this dessert, prepared in 15 minutes. Below is the recipe for vegan chocolate mousse.
V vegan versions of chocolate mousse will replace regular milk coconut cream, which more than perfectly fills the shoes of the otherwise more popular whipping cream. You will need it one can of chilled coconut milk and a few teaspoons of your favorite sugar (it can be powdered sugar, but it can also be some kind of sweetener). So to whip the coconut cream, first turn the chilled can with coconut milk upside down and let it all the liquid comes out. In a can you like that only the cream remains. Transfer this to a bowl and whisk. Add powdered sugar (or sweetener) and beat further to get compact cream.
