Desserts in a jar are becoming more and more popular. Creamy, refreshing and rich flavors. They are easy to prepare, but allow many open options for various accessories and decoration. We present you a recipe for a refreshing dessert made from figs, pistachios and mascarpone cream.
Fig trifle (fig puzzle)
Ingredients
- 20 baby cookies (for tiramisu)
- ½ glass sherry
- 250 g of mascarpone cream
- 250 g of cream
- 8 fig
- 100 g of pistachios
- 3 spoons of honey
- 1 vanilla pod
Directions
- Dip baby biscuits in sherry. When they are drunk, place them at the bottom of the glass.
- Separately mix the mascarpone, honey and vanilla. Whip the sweet cream. Then mix everything together slightly.
- Peel the figs and cut them into pieces. Assemble the trifle in layers. Place soaked biscuits, mascarpone cream, figs and sprinkle with pistachios at the bottom of the glass.
