Desserts in a jar are becoming more and more popular. Creamy, refreshing and rich flavors. They are easy to prepare, but allow many open options for various accessories and decoration. We present you a recipe for a refreshing dessert made from figs, pistachios and mascarpone cream.

Ingredients

  • 20 baby cookies (for tiramisu)
  • ½ glass sherry
  • 250 g of mascarpone cream
  • 250 g of cream
  • 8 fig
  • 100 g of pistachios
  • 3 spoons of honey
  • 1 vanilla pod

Directions

  1. Dip baby biscuits in sherry. When they are drunk, place them at the bottom of the glass.
  2. Separately mix the mascarpone, honey and vanilla. Whip the sweet cream. Then mix everything together slightly.
  3. Peel the figs and cut them into pieces. Assemble the trifle in layers. Place soaked biscuits, mascarpone cream, figs and sprinkle with pistachios at the bottom of the glass.
