Cake with peaches and yogurt
Ingredients
- 2 peeled peaches (cut into slices)
- 180 g of flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- half a teaspoon of baking soda
- teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- half a cup of yogurt
- half a cup of coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- half a cup of milk
Directions
- To start, heat the oven to 180 °C. Oil the baking tray or line it with baking paper.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl - flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder. In another bowl, beat the eggs with coconut sugar until foamy. Then add yogurt, coconut oil and milk and mix.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix the mixture, adding a little more milk if necessary.
- Add one sliced peach, peeled and cut into small pieces, to the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the mold and spread the remaining peaches over the cake.
- Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes, and use a toothpick to check whether the cake is cooked.
