Since breakfast is the most important meal of the day and, in the right combination, infuses the necessary energy for a successful start to the day, we have prepared a selection of excellent recipes for healthy, tasty and energetic breakfasts.
We know you've heard countless times that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. However, it is difficult to really adhere to this fact, because busy working days prevent us from choosing and especially preparing really healthy food. So let's make an effort and wake up a little earlier at least a few days a week or prepare breakfast the night before, which speeds up our metabolism and provides us with energy until the afternoon. Let's check out some recipes for a healthy, tasty and energetic breakfast.
Italian omelette
Ingredients for one person:
- ¼ chopped onion
- ¼ chopped green pepper
- ¼ chopped tomato
- chopped fresh basil/parsley
- pepper
- salt
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 whipped egg whites
- 1 teaspoon of grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation: Fry the finely chopped onion and pepper in a little oil, then add the chopped tomato. When the ingredients are soft and the onion is glazed, add the beaten egg and egg whites and season well. Bake on moderate heat for about 5 more minutes, carefully lifting the edges of the omelet in the meantime so that the runny egg runs under the edge. When the egg mixture is completely curdled, the omelette is ready to be enriched with Parmesan cheese. Cut the protein bomb in half and enjoy.
