We all love delicious snacks, but we often avoid sweetening during meals - we are afraid of gaining unwanted kilos. But it is by no means true that just any snack will make you gain weight: delicious granola cookies contain only a few calories.
Is there anything better than you ob afternoon coffee and to chat afford delicious cookies? We have prepared a healthy recipe for you granola cookies, which are also a great treat for those who summer figure either you take it very seriously or you love it healthy life.
You can get the recipe at two ways: granola can you bake yourself, but you can - if you still want to faster preparations- also buy it.
Granola cookies
Ingredients
- Ingredients for granola:
- 300 g of nuts of your choice
- 3 cups of seeds of your choice (we suggest flax, sesame and sunflower)
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 2 cups chopped dark chocolate
- 80 g of raspberries
- 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- a little cinnamon powder
- 30 g of butter Ingredients for cookies:
- 100 g of butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon of baking soda
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
- half a spoonful of salt
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups of granola
Directions
- First, prepare the granola. Finely chop the seeds and mix them with the other granola ingredients.
- Spread the granola evenly on the baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon. Then bake in an oven heated to 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
- While the granola is cooling, start making the cookie dough. First, mix the butter and sugar in a large bowl until the mixture is light and creamy. Then slowly mix in the oil.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, ground cinnamon and salt.
- Slowly add the cinnamon mixture to the butter and sugar mixture. Mix everything well, then add the granola.
- Mix the dough well again, then spread it in the form of round cookies on the baking sheet. Bake at 250°C for 10-12 minutes. Bon Appetit!
