Recipe: homemade coconut ice cream

There's never enough ice cream. Have you ever tried making coconut ice cream?

With only 3 ingredients and a simple preparation, it will become your favorite ice cream that you will prepare all summer long.

Homemade coconut ice cream

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of coconut milk
  • 500 ml of condensed milk
  • 2 spoons of honey

Directions

  1. Pour the coconut milk into a container with a lid and put it in the freezer overnight. When it freezes, take it out, cut it into cubes and put it in a blender.
  2. Pour condensed milk, add honey and mix everything well. If you want the ice cream to be sweeter, add a little more honey.
  3. You can eat the ice cream prepared in this way immediately, and store the rest in the freezer.
  4. If desired, you can sprinkle it with a little coconut flour for decoration.
