Homemade coconut ice cream
Ingredients
- 1 liter of coconut milk
- 500 ml of condensed milk
- 2 spoons of honey
Directions
- Pour the coconut milk into a container with a lid and put it in the freezer overnight. When it freezes, take it out, cut it into cubes and put it in a blender.
- Pour condensed milk, add honey and mix everything well. If you want the ice cream to be sweeter, add a little more honey.
- You can eat the ice cream prepared in this way immediately, and store the rest in the freezer.
- If desired, you can sprinkle it with a little coconut flour for decoration.
