Ingridients

  • 1 pizza dough, homemade or purchased
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of pureed tomatoes
  • spoon of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 250 g of eggplant
  • 300 g of mozzarella
  • oregano
  • pepper
  • salt

Preparation

Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cut the tomatoes into the smallest possible cubes and mix with pureed tomatoes, olive oil, garlic and a teaspoon of salt. Then spread the mass over the pizza. Slice the eggplant and mozzarella and add salt to taste. Spread over the dough. Bake for about 25 minutes on the bottom shelf of the oven. When the pizza is baked, sprinkle it with oregano and pepper. Have a good run!
